📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP standards
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support the company's financial planning
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data
• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and records
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Provide financial support to the management team for strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and accounting principles
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP and QuickBooks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
