📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our clients.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of guest reservations, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and shopping experiences.
• Assist with the organization and execution of special events and group tours.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and service providers.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a concierge, front office, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
