📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of auditors in conducting internal audits across various departments.
• Develop and implement audit plans to assess operational efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with department heads to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide training and guidance to junior auditors on audit methodologies and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken after audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
