📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze market trends and customer demand to forecast inventory needs.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize service levels.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excesses.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on inventory performance and demand trends.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve our inventory management processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or demand planning.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in inventory management or demand planning is a plus.
