As a Customer Service & Sales Expert, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building. You'll use tools like CRM systems, email platforms, and sales tracking software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 5,000,000 - IDR 8,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
• Manage and update client information in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Track sales performance and generate regular reports using sales tracking software.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
• Maintain high standards of communication through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service and sales strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and customer service plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in customer service or sales is a plus.
