HR Staff (3-Month Contract) - Recruitment Specialist

In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in recruitment to identify and attract high-quality candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). You’ll conduct initial interviews, assess cultural fit, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Provide recruitment analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of ATS tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
