📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Conduct customs clearance procedures, including filing of import declarations and payment of duties and taxes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient clearance of shipments.
• Monitor and track import shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the import process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import transactions.
• Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance or import/export operations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with customs clearance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
