As a Facility Manager (M&E) at Savills, you will work with a diverse range of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and security systems. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, contractors, and property managers to deliver exceptional service to our clients and residents. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems in high-end residential and commercial properties
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to manage projects and ensure timely completion
• Develop and implement energy-saving strategies to reduce operational costs
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, particularly in M&E systems
• Certification in energy management or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and security systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
