📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent from top universities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key university recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Conduct campus visits and recruitment events to showcase Stripe's culture and values.
  • Coordinate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in university recruitment.
  • Collaborate with other recruiters to share best practices and insights.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in university recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with university recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
