📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of site staff to achieve operational goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Maintain site safety and compliance with all regulations and standards.,Monitor site performance and implement improvements as needed.,Handle site maintenance and repairs to keep the facility in top condition.,Manage site inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.,Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with site management software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
