Pusat Fitri Dental Clinic is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. This is a full-time position located in Manado, Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability,Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies,Ability to work well in a team and independently
