📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends.,Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies during the recruitment process.,Provide recruitment metrics and reports to support business decisions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
