As a Junior Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing goods to managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers and delivery teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Coordinate with suppliers to manage order quantities and delivery schedules.,Work closely with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Monitor warehouse safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 30 kg.
