PT Baskoro Duta is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide support to the accounting team during month-end and quarter-end closing processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting (preferably in a similar role).,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus.
