As an IT Support Specialist at Foundever, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential technical support to our team. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring the security and integrity of our systems. You'll work with a variety of tools and software, including ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365, to deliver efficient and effective support.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
- Document and maintain detailed records of all technical activities.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and processes.
