📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity.
• Monitor and analyze production data using MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Provide training and support to production staff to ensure adherence to best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
