Zone Star Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Belawan. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of ingredients.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Proven ability to manage kitchen staff and operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
