📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and manage SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration, implementation, and administration.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
