The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing kitchen staff, creating innovative menus, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.,Create and implement innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and procurement of food supplies to maintain cost efficiency.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for kitchen operations.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to create and implement innovative menus that meet customer expectations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.
