📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets.
  • Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports to the Store Manager on store performance and sales data.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and operational management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
