Crystal Root Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Deputy Quality Control to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. You will work closely with the Quality Control Manager to implement and maintain quality standards, conduct inspections, and provide feedback to production teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Document and report on quality issues and deviations.,Work with production teams to identify and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.,Provide training and guidance to junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
