📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the crew during maritime operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.,Maintain and update navigation charts and records.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders for smooth operations.,Monitor vessel performance and report any issues to the Captain.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.,Assist in the planning and execution of voyage plans.,Maintain communication with the shore base and other vessels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role in maritime operations.,Valid Deck Officer license (e.g., OOW, Master, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of navigation rules and procedures.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with maritime safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a similar role with a reputable shipping company is a plus.
