📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Jimbaran branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities and finances.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
