📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage project schedules and timelines using Primavera P6 or similar software.
- Estimate project costs and prepare detailed cost reports.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and submit tender documents and contracts.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and quantity surveying.
- Certification in P6 or similar project management software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
