📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Loan Consultants and Agencies, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Leverage CRM software to track client interactions, manage leads, and monitor client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive client retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client relations, applying this knowledge to enhance our service offerings.
• Conduct regular client feedback sessions to gather insights and improve our services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of client satisfaction surveys and programs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning and execution of client relations initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, sales, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
