Sentosa Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Consultant to join our team in Pondok Indah, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and optimizing tax efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax consulting, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.,Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax liabilities and opportunities for tax optimization.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiencies.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to the team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax considerations into business operations.,Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to senior management and clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in tax planning and compliance activities for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in the insurance industry.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
