📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to recruitment team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
