📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive clinical counseling services to elderly patients, focusing on mental health and well-being.,Assess and diagnose mental health issues in elderly patients, and develop personalized treatment plans.,Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, and provide support and guidance to patients and their families.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for elderly patients.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in psychogeriatric care and mental health, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.,Educate and train other healthcare professionals on psychogeriatric care and mental health.,Participate in research and development activities to improve the quality of care for elderly patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical counseling, with a focus on psychogeriatric care.,Professional certification as a Clinical Counsellor or a related field, such as a Master's in Counselling or a Doctorate in Psychology.,Strong knowledge of mental health issues in elderly patients, and experience working with this population.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and their families.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
