📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's theme and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency and cost control.,Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, catering, or promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper documentation.,Lead the kitchen team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve kitchen processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food production.,Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health codes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
