As a Deputy Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in our recruitment process, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure we find the best candidates for our open positions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.
• Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Contribute to the development of the recruitment team and the overall company culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for recruitment.
