📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve sales targets.
